Hitting the pause button on all of the holiday madness to focus on a piece of November that does not have to do with turkey, cozy layers, or Black Friday deals. November is also Epilepsy Awareness Month. I’ve shared bits of my story before, and while I never mean to drone on it, I feel a sort of responsibility to the 1 in 26 Americans who will develop epilepsy in their lifetime to use this public space to spread a little awareness.
So today, I wear purple to draw attention to the 65 million people around the world living with this condition. Anyone can develop it at anytime. And all I want you to do is be aware + know how to respond if you do ever witness someone having a seizure. Here’s a quickie First Aid Guide. Give it a read, you could save a life 🙂
And now, fun things! Clothes! Winter white!
