Cookie-cutter leaves + Crayola-worthy colors
The most gorgeous fall day was had this past weekend. Apples were picked. Pumpkins were selected. Doughnuts were devoured, and cider was sipped. Fall is here, and all is well now.
To what may or may not be my favorite month– let’s make it a great one.

A sip of pumpkin spice latte, in accordance with stumbling across this perfectly autumn outfit, finally made me feel like embracing fall. I adore this look by Katie from Running on Happiness… she’s the kind of blogger with such a great eye that it makes me wonder why I even bother! Total outfit crush on her.

I have the September issues. I’ve been reading the blogs. I’ve browsed the stores. And this is what I’ve come up with as my official autumn wish list…
1 // A Kelly-green blazer or jacket. I’ve wanted one ever since Anne Hathaway rocked the color in The Devil Wears Prada.
Couldn’t A-green More Blazer, ModCloth, $55
2 // Peplum. It was so trendy this spring/summer, but I really only picked up one piece in the cut, and am lusting after more!
Peplum Ponte Tank, Anthropologie, $78
3 // A timeless, leather bag. An investment piece I hope will last for many falls to come.
Newnham Side Bag, Jack Wills, $298
4 // Neck scarves. So Jackie O. And how adorable is this fox print?
Foxy Printed Chiffon Scarf, Tory Burch, $165
5 // I love my Lilly Pulitzer umbrella, but the bright pink and green doesn’t blend so well during November rain storms.
Lyndhurst Umbrella, Jack Wills, $39.50
6 // Flat tan boots. They go with [almost] everything in my closet.
Candence Boots, Steve Madden, $99
7 // Tory Burch flats. For everything the boots don’t match.
Reva Ballerina Flat, Tory Burch, $195
8 // Loafers. I especially love ones with preppy details like the horse, and tassels.
Marshmallow Loafers with Trim, ASOS, $43
9 // Nautical jewelry. To keep the feeling of New England summers alive all through the cold temperatures.
Crimson Fish Cuff, BaubleBar, $42
If there’s one brand that succeeds at keeping the summer vibe alive all through autumn, it is definitely Lilly Pulitzer. Every year, I think I’m in the clear once I get through the epic End of Summer Sale, and then the Fall Lookbook comes out and taunts me even more. Here are some of my current fall favorites from the line:
Rosaline Dress, $278
Hazel Sweater Dress, $208
Mara Dress, $268
Audrey Top, $58
Marcotte Sweater, $128
Hart Top, $58
Worth Skinny Mini Printed, $158
Luxury Capri, $158
Arizona Skirt, $108
Wrap Chain Necklace, $58
Love Note Clutch Lizard, $128
Resort Chic Wedge Suede, $228
Definitely feeling all of the royal + green and royal + coral combos this fall! What do you think of the collection?
Summer is apparently over, so I suppose it’s about time we take a week to focus on some fall fashions! First up? Footwear. TOMS as usual has my heart thumping… winterized versions of the classics + new autumn styles + warm fall colors? Yes please.
1 // Chestnut Suede Women’s Dessert Wedges, $89
2 // Giraffe Women’s Vegan Classics, $54
3 // Black Woolen Women’s Classics, $54
4 // Grey Harper Women’s Cordones, $74
5 // Pink Tamin Women’s Classics, $54
6 // Wine Cord Women’s Wedges, $69

I probably have the coolest roommate in town.
Meet Kayla. Actress/TV Personality/Reporter/Reality Show-turned-Real Bartender/Fashionista/Bffl.
We had fun playing in the leaves + roaming around the waterfront during the beautiful fall day that was yesterday (can you say 66 degrees in November?) and she let me use her as a photo subject since I’ve finally dusted off my old Nikon.
To see more of the photos, make sure you like Kayla Harrity on Facebook, and if you want a laugh, you have got to check out her show, The Rookie Bartender!

Last weekend, Sarah of Hemenway Street and Stephanie of That’s Better hosted the cutest. fall. event. ever. We went apple and pumpkin picking at Lookout Farms in Natick, MA and then spent the afternoon painting and glittering pumpkins and leaves [you know I’m a fan of anything having to do with glitter] and eating the most delicious pumpkin treats baked by Stephanie!
I met these two girls back at Rendez-Vous New Engand and was so thrilled for a chance to hang out with them again! We already brought up the idea of a holiday meet-up, so New England bloggers stay tuned.
Here are some of my favorite photos from the day… so hard to narrow down! We couldn’t have asked for better weather, so don’t be afraid of those ominous clouds in some of the backgrounds…!

Another perfect autumn weekend here in New England. I got to spend Saturday with some lovely ladies… pumpkin hunting, apple picking, and sparkle crafting! Full recap to come when I can sort through my 200 photos, but here’s some instagrams to give you a little taste of fall 🙂
