First Blogiversary
My little blog has turned one!
Hard to believe I’ve been at this for a year, but I guess time flies when you’re havin’ fun! I can’t thank each and every one of you enough for supporting this tiny little corner of the web of mine… you have no idea how much each sweet comment, tweet, whatever it may be, means to me! Blogging has really become sort of therapeutic to me, and I’m so grateful for all of the inspiration I find in this world, and for all of the people I have met through it.

Breakfast at Book Club
I kind of belong to the most adorable book club ever. This month, we’re reading Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M., and in honor of it, Alex invited us all over for a Sunday brunch screening of my all-time favorite classic, Breakfast at Tiffany’s! Complete with pastries, sunnies, top knots, and of course LBDs. It’s okay to be jealous right now.
Linking up with a {little} dash of ash as always!
A Bicoastal Dance Party
I don’t vlog. So this is the closest you’re gonna get to seeing me in action kids.

#BBBos Recap
If you had told me a year ago that so much of my life today would revolve around social media, I would have laughed in your face. Probably also would have laughed at myself. But that’s the way it is and I could not be more excited about it!
This weekend I attended Blog Better Boston, a conference put on by two amazing bloggers, Amy of Stylish Year and Alana of The Good Girl Gone Blog. I got to catch up with some good blogging pals plus meet a bunch of lovely new ones, and learned a lotta lot about this crazy world of blogs + social media + networking. It’s truly amazing, and I was inspired by so many people who are really conquering it in the best of ways.
Here are some snapshots from the day– linking up with a {little} dash of ash for Instagram Monday!
Business cards ready to go
DIY swag bags… because who would appreciate this more than bloggers??
Mini chocolate + orange cupcakes during break thanks to Eventbrite
Super swag bag, full of goodies from Real Simple, Stephanie Johnson, Pretzel Crisps, Indie Lee, Stonewall Kitchen, Alex & Isabelle, INDi, INPINK, and Garden Botanika.
The only downside to a conference like this is the fact that I now want to spend all waking hours working on this little blog of mine. So hopefully you’ll be seeing some spring cleaning around here very soon…!
Lulu’s
Boy I’ll tell ya, it is really difficult to live in my little Italian neighborhood sometimes. I am literally surrounded by carbs, cannolis, and cappuccinos. Oh and cupcakes. Cannot forget cupcakes.
Despite all of the famous bakeries in the North End of Boston (Mike’s, Modern, etc.), my favorite is tiny Lulu’s Sweet Shoppe. Call me crazy, but I’d take one of their s’mores cupcakes and a bag of candy over a cannoli any day.

Where the Glass Slipper Always Fits
I don’t care how old I am– Disney World will always be the the most magical place I know. I can’t help but feel inspired when I visit, and even more so on this trip, as I finally got the chance to watch one of my best friends in her element, living her dream as a Disney dancer! Linking up with a {little} dash of ash to share some of my favorite Instagrams from the trip…
