Charmed, I’m Sure
My Stella & Dot Virtual Trunk Show continues this week! I’ve always been a fan of charm bracelets (namely Alex & Ani and Pandora), but lately I am loving the idea of mixing it up with charm necklaces.
Stella & Dot offers the most delicate little pretties to adorn a simple chain with. Start with a base, add personal tokens (initials, zodiac signs, or birthstones), and polish off extra adornments. Check out the lookbook for inspiration– and I’d love to hear about which combos you would choose!
Be sure to place your Stella & Dot orders before my trunk show closes on September 22nd. Remember, for every piece you purchase, you will receive an entry to win a pair of the Secret Garden Earrings (and for every Stella & Dot Foundation piece you purchase, you will receive double entries!). To see more of my favorites, check out this post!
Alexandra Sheldon
I have the biggest weakness for iPhone cases. Make that iPad cases too… and I don’t even have any iPad… But ANYWAY, I need to introduce you to some of the prettiest and most unique cases I have stumbled upon yet. These were designed by the sister and friend of a very good sister/friend of my own, and you can find them on Society6!
iPhone Cases by Alexandra Sheldon, $35 via Society6
I just love the elegant, watercolor-like look to them. You have got to go check out the rest of their designs, as well as their laptop and iPad skins and stretched canvas prints (I’m dying to get my hands on one of those for my living room!).
Maison Ladurée
It’s no secret that I love French macarons. Love actually might be an understatement. That’s why I was thrilled when I got to make a quick stop at Maison Ladurée on Madison Ave while in NYC this past weekend.
I counted the days for this little Parisian bakery to open from the moment I first heard it was coming stateside, and I first visited it in November during my last New York trip. I even attempted to make my own macarons in the meantime. But let me tell you, the real thing? Nothing even compares.
Have you visited any of the Ladurée locations, in the U.S. or overseas? Tell me your favorite flavors if so, I have yet to try all of them!
Don’t Fretsy
Etsy and I have become very close lately. I might have gotten a little Paypal-happy on Small Business Saturday and the surrounding week, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchases…
Spike the Punch
If you’re a member of the fashion blogging community, Spike the Punch is probably no stranger to you. These unique hand-painted crystal necklaces have gained popularity so fast that Elizabeth can barely keep them on the shelves! I was lucky to snag this neon yellow and pink one, but I’m dying to get my hands on more color combos soon!

Pomflair
When I first saw tassel garland on Cupcakes and Cashmere, I fell a little bit in love with the idea of a shimmering wall. That’s why I was SO excited to hear about Etsy shop Pomflair who does their own version– much more affordable and customizable with any colors!

bfrend
I want to stack my whole arm in these bfrend bracelets. You know Monika from The Doctor’s Closet, and I guarantee that you will find her jewelry just as fun as her blog. Shown above is the tassel bracelet, but you have got to check out her neon cobra versions as well.
New goal in life? To be the next big Etsy shop. Who knows. Maybe 2012 will grace me with that. But in the meantime, what are some other shops I should check out??
Santa Baby
Ok dears. Here it is. I give you the so anthro Holiday Gift Guide.
Or, if you need it to be, my wishlist.
[1] A charm for Pandora/Chamilia bracelets, like this Pumpkin Coach one!
[2] These Kate Spade book clutches are adorable for any lover of all things classic. Choose between Emma, The Importance of Being Earnest, Romeo & Juliet, and A Tale of Two Cities.
[3] I have been lusting over these beautiful Joules Evedon Wellies ever since I first spotted them on Pinterest a couple months ago. I love my Hunters, but these would actually make me look forward to rain.
[4] American Apparel Poly Canvas and Leather Bow Clips. Ok, any bow clips really.
[5] I am loving Anthropologie’s new charm shop! They have the most delicate little charms to adorn necklaces with- so very Anthro of them 🙂
[6] Melting over these celestial blue leather gloves from J Crew.
[7] Dreaming of tropical temperatures with this Lilly Pulitzer Ditra Dress…
[8] And dreaming of a February birthday with this Lilly Pulitzer Angelie Dress.
[9] A BabyCakes Pie Pop Maker! Too cute. Or if you prefer cake pops, doughnuts, mini cupcakes, or whoopies pies, they have those too.
[10] And never can Santa go wrong with a pair of classic Tory Burch Reva Ballet Flats.
Hey, it’s nice to dream isn’t it?
