Boston’s EarthFest may be worlds apart from Coachella, but I still saw it as an excuse to rock my inner flower child. And one to celebrate some of the best bands of the 90s! Here’s to the nights we felt alive…
Thanks Blacknight Studios for the photos!
Things I love:
1. Audrey Hepburn
2. GUESS Watches
I’ve entered to be a global access blogger for GUESS watches as a part of their One to Watch campaign, and when showing off my personal style, who could I possibly turn to besides Audrey Hepburn? I love this quote from Audrey, and channeled her style in putting together my entry…
Now, things I’d love for you to do:
1. Vote for me! If you think I have what it takes to become an official GUESS Access Blogger, then vote for me (up to once a day!) through Facebook. Click “View Entries” and search for “Emily.”
2. Enter yourself!
3. Tell me who inspires your personal style– I’d love to hear!
Thank you all so much for your support! xx
Serious question: why have I never really worn chambray before this year? I don’t go anywhere on summer evenings without my denim jacket, and chambray shirts are such a sweet lighter alternative. I love how the fabric trend is also moving into pieces other than shirts, like skirts, blazers, and of course these adorable TOMS ballet flats…
Scuba Skater Dress, Topshop, $92
Selvedge Chambray Shirt, J. Crew, $98
Gramercy Watch, Kate Spade, $225

My new obsession? Wrap bracelets.
These come from Presh by way of Savas Studios. Designer Nicole Apostoli launched the collection in 2001, and since then they have been featured on celebrities everywhere. These are also the bracelets worn by the models every year in Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Edition! I ain’t no celeb, and I’m sure as heck not a swimsuit model, but I sure did feel lucky trying a few of these on 🙂
Savas Studios is one of the few locations in Boston to sell these, so all the more reason to make a stop over there– they’re also offering 15% off your purchase if you mention so anthro. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway as well!
Dress, American Apparel [similar 1;2]
Pearls, vintage
Mint purse, H&M [similar]

I wore this dress exactly one year ago on my graduation day. It’s amazing to think about how much has changed over the past year. And how much is exactly the same. Time + life are funny little things, ya know?

I am so excited to be sharing one of the best kept shopping secrets in Boston today– Savas Studios!
Half clothing boutique, half photography + makeup studio, this place seriously has it all. Owned by sisters Christine and Steph Savas (multitalented makeup artist/photographer/overall fashionistas), they carry a number of local designers (which I LOVE + appreciate), plus ones from California, New York, London… and you all know how I feel about British fashion.
Really funky + feminine + fun, this shop has awesome price points and I really cannot get enough of it. So Boston friends get over there soon and everyone else, get entering!
