I never really had much interest in visiting Luxembourg Garden on my last two trips to Paris, but now I can’t figure out why the heck not {now that we’ve established I’m a garden-lady and everything}. You can take a quick buzz around in 10 minutes or spend an entire afternoon there. One of my friends from college was doing a 3-week eurotrip with her boyfriend, just by chance happening to overlap with us in Paris, and I’m so glad she made the suggestion to meet here. Contrary to everything I thought, it was not crowded at all– really just beautiful, quite peaceful, and the perfect place to park for a jambon-et-fromage-baguette & prosecco picnic.

On the topic of gardens, I have to give a plug to my favorite new scent– Pinrose’s Garden Ganger. If you haven’t heard of Pinrose and picked your signature scent yet, get on it– the quiz is the best part of all. I had dinner with the team back at the end of summer and am kind of obsessed with everything about them. I also went through half a pack of petals for this trip; it’s 2015 and hallelujah we FINALLY have an unbreakable way to travel with our perfume.
But back to your regularly scheduled business now.
