Confession: I went trick-or-treating well into my college years.
I think celebrating Halloween on the 31st is one of the things I miss most about my younger years. I try to not let the day pass by unnoticed, even if the most I do is buy my own candy, put on some black + orange, and sip a spooky-themed drink while kicking back with a scary movie…

I wanted to trick or treat in college but my campus was kind of secluded 🙁 I totally would have though! And I could wear this outfit. Freal.

Mmm, I am always down for a minty cocktail! And luckily, I think I have all these ingredients on-hand … might have to mix one up tonight 🙂

I wish adults could still go trick or treating, haha! It’s the best part of Halloween. Now I usually just dress up my dogs 🙂

Emily, you’re tiny enough to actually have gotten away with trick or treating (lucky!) I almost bought that top from JCrew also 🙂

Hah! My college friends and I were literally just talking about how we went trick-or-treating freshman year in Beacon Hill. Two of us thought it was because we wanted an excuse to go to the Kerry/Heinz household, but then the third (with the better memory) informed us that we never made it because there was a line. So basically we just straight up trick-or-treated in Boston… as 18 year-olds. Cool kids!
