Happy New Year everyone!!
While I would one day love to brace the crowds and see that glittery ball drop in person, I had a more untraditional New York New Year’s and instead stayed pretty far away from Times Square. But I did have such an incredible time ringing in 2012 with some of my best friends! Here’s a little taste of my night, and as always I’m linking up with a {little} dash of ash for an Instagram Link Party— first of the new year!

Looks like it was a fun night! (And it’s probably smart you stayed away from Times Square haha)

Look like you had a great time! Although, I feel like everyone has to experience NYC on New Year’s just once in their life, I’d much rather hang out with a bunch of friends!
Happy New Year!

Fun! Would you believe I grew up just outside of NYC but never ventured into the city for new years. The crowds make me nervous, your New York new years, sans Times Square, looks much more appealing.

I did Times Square New Year’s one year and that was enough! Glad I got to experience it-never again-too many people!
Looks like your New Year’s was very fun. I think a smaller party is the way to go!
