Dress, American Eagle
Oxford, Abercrombie & Fitch
Flats, Michael by Michael Kors
Pearls, vintage
Despite the chill, I’m still refusing to wear pants. So, bring on the layers baby!
I wrote about tying an oxford over a dress way back when, and that is one of the best things I’m learning about blogging– it’s forcing me to adopt my own ideas. And, though it does tempt some shopping every now and then (ok, a lot), it’s also inspiring me to put together old pieces into new outfits. I mean, American Eagle and A&F? These guys have been in my closet for quite some time, but they’re classics, and now they’re getting a revival!
I can’t be alone in this, how is blogging influencing your own personal style and wardrobe?

I love the idea! I have to adopt this too. It’s kind of retro and preppy and I love it!

I totally understand. I am not particularly a pants person, so it is hard for me to transition to them, even when it is REALLY cold outside and I’m traipsing about in tights. You look lovely! PS – Have you seen the new Anthro on Newbury?!?!?! It’s gorgeous!

Love the look Emily. Blogging has had an influence on my style especially since I’m always looking for the latest trends and of course I love learning how to revive the clothing that is already in my closet.
