There was something about putting on this lazy weekend getup of worn-in jeans, sneaks, + a bright yellow spring jacket, and skipping along the jetty to our family’s neighborhood lighthouse that brought me back to summers past. I had a yellow fleece [also definitely Old Navy… some things never change] that was perfect for cool New England nights, and we always used to sneak out and hop the uneven rocks of the jetty, despite our parents’ warnings that we would definitely slip and fall in [sorry mom!].
Downtown Cabbie Raincoat, Old Navy | Cable Knit Sweater, Old Navy [similar] | Murfee Scarf, Lilly Pulitzer [similar 1; 2] | Jeans, American Eagle | Monogram Necklace c/o Onecklace | Anchor Ring, thrifted [similar 1; 2] | Sneakers, Converse
In other news, I now own this raincoat in two colors [almost went for the third, but, let’s be honest, #overkill] and am feeling especially cool rocking my first pair of Chuck Taylors since about 2004.
Ah, nostalgia. Happy hump day friends!
